1. How can I find what positions are available?
Your best bet is to check out cswo.com. Click on the “careers” tab for an updated job listing.
2. Do you have any management or sales positions available?
We are always looking for dynamic sales people. Management positions are a little hard to come by since our company philosophy tends to promote from within. But we do have a Sales Manager position available at our HomeWorld Hilo store.
3. What other jobs are available in the store?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, Porter, Merchandising Assistant. Did I mention sales too?
4. Do you have any part time positions?
Most of the positions are full time, however, we occassionally have part time positions available. Currently, we have a part time Merchandising Assistant in Honolulu and Combo Porter/ Warehouse position in Kona.
5. How long does it take to get hired?
Once your initial interview is set up and depending on your availability, the process can be as short as one week or as long as a month.
6. Does the company have a strong foundation?
Our company has been in business for 104 years and is currently run by the third generation Wo family. The Wos have created a strong culture of respect, care, teamwork and fun. We truly believe that the key to our success rests with each of our employees.
7. Are there opportunities within the company to be promoted or transferred?
We hire people who want to make C. S. Wo a career. Our philosophy has been to look internally for management candidates first, then externally.
8. Do you offer employee discount on furniture?
Yes! We want our employees to enjoy the products we sell.
